SIMPSON TO TAKE THE REIGNS IN 2014

KCFC are happy to announce that Brendon Simpson has been appointed League Coach for the 2014 season.

Brendon came to the Roo’s in 2013 as a League Assistant Coach where his knowledge, experience and passion were very well received by players and members of the club.

Brendon played all his junior footy with Quairading Football Club then played Seniors for the same club from 2003-2007. He coached the Reserves side to a premiership in 2007. Brendon played representative football for AVON Football Association as both a  junior and League player throughout his career.

Injuries forced him to concentrate on coaching from 2008,  where in 2010 he lead Quairading Football Club to a Grand Final in his first year as League Coach. He also coached the Avon Colts side to the finals in both the Northern Carnival and Landmark Championships in 2011.

In 2012  he was WAFL League Assistant Coach with Peel Thunder Football Club, this adding to his professionalism  and experience as a coach.

We are very excited and look forward to the 2014 campaign with Simmo leading the Roo’s and working towards the illustrious back to back title!
